I've been selling custom pics and vids for a couple months now but haven't been getting much sales (usually once a month if I'm lucky) so now I want to know where buyers usually get their content?

Do you go to social media and just find someone you like? Are prices important? Or do you just find someone and stick with them for a while?

I'm also open to any feedback or advice on selling so that'd be appreciated

I usually meet them on Livejasmin or chaturbate. Then buy from them on their OF, Fansly or Instagram. Sometimes it's just for one video,,one twink from Colombia I have dealt with for 2 years.
Good to know
How's chaturbate work btw? Do you just randomly find one you like or do people advertise that they're streaming?🤔

Also wow 2yrs, that's the kinda regular I'm looking for haha

go to Chaturbate.com and you will see the layout. Chaturbate is more "slutty" than Livejasmin, so if you want to perform at chaturbate I think you have to be sluttier to get sales Naked and playing with yourself for everyone to see. Livejasmin you don't get to see naked until you take a performer to Private.

So for chaturbate just like playing with yourself? That seems pretty standard as far as live camming goes

If you're having issues with people buying your clips/videos. You're better off just doing live cam stuff on Chaturbate, Xhamsterlive and Cam4 etc. For some reason webcam chat room performers (and it's a big iffy line as of late as to whether or not they are technically considered sex workers/adult performers etc.) are really popular, and I think it's because it's more interactive/engaging/live etc.

Also for the performer, there are some pros. The chances of it being recorded and pirated (unless you're one of the few popular people on the site) is rare and almost never happens. (At most probably some bad quality screencaps of some of your shows will be on some site claiming to have recordings of you, but it's a scammy paywall site, which doesn't have any real downloads, it just gives you a corrupt junk file etc.) One of the biggest complaints people have of sex work, is when they want to retire, it's much harder to do that if you're uploading a bunch of clips on Pornhub or Onlyfans which easily get out. If you're a webcam person, all you have to do is not do any shows for months/years and eventually you'll be forgotten and people will move on, and again the chances any of your shows get reposted are very rare unless you were one of the few performers, who were like super duper popular but yeah.

To me I feel unless you have your own studio with models you hire, Clips4sale is a waste of time for solo performers so yeah.

Just my opinion.

Thanks so much for this
I really appreciate the detailed response

Looks like I'll give it a try or at least make an account and check it out
As for the retirement part and it biting me in the butt after I don't think it'll be a problem? Especially since I don't show my face and even use an alias online. So I don't think that'll be a problem
I know not showing face affects popularity so something like this but it's a risk I'd rather take

I used to get asked if I do live calls and I declined before so you're probably right about live stuff being popular now

Thanks again for all the info!!
