Because 2 masses draw each other towards each other. The bigger the mass, the stronger the force. There are other forces stronger than gravity, but based on humans vs earth, earths gravitational pull wins. Gravitational pull is what keeps the planets in place.

If we really want to split hairs, things fall towards the center or the mass, not down, so to speak.

That’s basically Newton’s theory. There is also Einstein’s space-time curvature. Both are theories that have never been proven. Not implying anything other than they haven’t been proven.

This whole notion of “experts” is tiring. So many stories of “experts say.....”. I think there is a difference between being an expert, whatever that means, and expert opinion. They don’t necessarily go hand in hand.

I grew up in a very colourful multi religion multi cultural home

I do believe in evolution I also do believe in God or the at least the concept of there's someone up there listening

I know when anyone experiences any time of loss or helplessness we all say a little prayer hoping for there's someone who's looking out for us

We are all uniquely different people different religions different parts of this weird wonderful magnificent fascinating world above all else we are just one race we are all Human

soo different words in sooo many different languages just to say the same things it's kinda crazy haha

But sites like this are amazing I look forward all different opinions and to this ongoing discussion
