Hey, fellas, I've heard a lot about kegels but after searching this forum, I still haven't found a guide for the proper way to do them, so I have a couple of total newbie questions: 1. What is the correct method? Do you need to be erect or semi-erect while squeezing, or can you be flaccid and still get the same benefits? 2. What exactly are the benefits? I've heard it "promotes penile health," which is what I'm interested in (just keeping in good shape), but what does that mean? 3. Are there any risks of injury? If so, what are they? 4. What's the difference between kegels and reverse kegels? Sorry for the list, but helpful answers would be appreciated.
