I've been doing a newbie routine for about 3 and a half weeks now, and so far my results have been good. I don't know if this is possible, but I'm hoping to find a way to increase vascularity to get that really veiny look.

Does anyone have any advice on an exercise that causes the veins of the penis to stand out more, or will it likely happen in the course of continuing a standard regimen?

Yes, after a few months they'll be poppin' all over the place.

As Holsty101 stated- pronounced vascularity will come with time. Doing stamina work (Kegels, Towel Raises, Stop and Starts, etc.) will also help bring it out.

Start eating bacon, it will increase your blood pressure which will make your veins more prominent. Any doctor that says that bacon is bad for you is obviously oblivious to the merits of a penis with a vascular appearance.
