Aw, poor Tammy Faye. This is the first time I'm hearing that she's passed on. How sad. I hope she'll rest in peace in heaven. Sure she had a flamboyant appearance, with a personality to match, but she was quite a nice lady deep down inside. I for one am sad that she's gone.

That's not a fair assessment of her. She was one televangelist that I loved and through her work in Christian ministry via the TV medium she became well known. She was a positive influence in my life and the lives of many others. I have fond memories of her singing and will miss her.
