I came down with it late last January, 2020. Knew what it was after getting the antibody test, but thought it was a chest cold before that. I felt the exhaustion for a couple of weeks. Body aches, I controlled those with extra strength Tylenol. Had a major cough and congestion, but no different than any other chest cold I'd ever had. All that resolved after four weeks, which is also the course my colds general take anyway. I worked out lifting and doing cardio the entire time since I didn't have a fever. That made me feel better. Slept ten hours a night. That felt good. I think because I didn't lie around and rest the whole time, but rather increased my core body temperature daily, that might have made a difference in my recovery because a higher core temp can kill off viruses.
Best wishes.
