Hey All,

Just realized that I am officially back in Texas. Was driving home and was going done one of the "Farm to Market" roads (dirt/back roads) and there was a bunch of cows in the middle of the road. Got them (with the help of their owner and his sons/daughter) back in their field....but that is when it hit me....I am officially back home when I can drive down one of the back roads and come upon a bunch of cows in road.

Just another day in Texas.

Keep the cows "moo-ving" along.
You'll find most Texan famers to be "out-standing" in their field, too!
If they didn't tend to their livestock, they'd have an "udder" failure on their hands.... :tongue:

At least you were on a back road. When i go home to WI (twice yearly) i'm continually stopping so farmers can cross their cattle across the HIGHWAY.

Hey Hatched69,

Though I do deal with alot of "bull" and bulls all day. At the station I work at, we do alot of ag/farm reports, some live, so we are out at farm auctions and whatnot.

I am also beginning to think that Pecker is thinking I am trying to pull the "leather" (instead of wool....ok, I will leave the jokes to you:biggrin1: ) over his eyes. Pecker, my friend, I am not sure why my IP comes back as Virginia....hell, I had to find out where Culpepper, VA was on a map....but I am in Marathon, Texas.

Off to have some BBQ (going to Café Cenizo in town).
