His mother is a Jew, therefore it is a good possibility that he is circumcised.

It's also possible that he's small. I wasn't so much talking about the circumsized thing as the well hung. There are probably tons of Ghanan men who are small. It's wishful thinking, not logic, to assess that he's probably hung.
