I've had other side effects from Creatine. I was on a high protein diet, taking Glucosamine and I drank Creatine shakes after workouts. I over did it with the protein & had a flare up of Gout. That is the most painful thing I have ever had. It is terrible. It will take me months to get back at the workout level I was at in the gym. It has already been a month since the Gout came on & I am not over it yet. Too much if anything is not a good thing & that goes for protein too.
