Based on what I see, I can't give him a millimeter more than 7" flat. That being said, there are two things that need to be pointed out:

#1 - apparently 7" is freaking LONG. He is clearly longer than MANY other famous pornstars based on comparisons to matching girls. Hell, I'm only 6.25" and every girl I've been with has been surprised by my size. I always thought 6" was average but studies show that average is more like 5.5" The percentage of guys longer than 6" drops dramatically.

#2 - a vast majority of guys (and girls) either do not know how to measure a cock, or refuse to be honest about their real size. No matter what the data collection method is, measurements are always skewed 1-2" longer than what they should be. These days I just subtract 2" off of any claim I read to get a good idea of what the measurement really is.
