Wondering though, isn't it healthier to actually nut than to abstain from nutting a whole month?? Like smoking a pack of cigarettes to bring awareness to lung cancer...
As far as I know, there's no serious study that can show there is a risk of holding it for a month. People with a great sexual activity through their life may have less chance to develop prostate cancer but that's it.
If anything I think there's more people who nuts too much that not enough
