Which ships have the best sauna and steam rooms?

I found this spreadsheet with a breakdown of all the cruise ships and what steam/sauna facilities they have. I was disappointed on a recent Princess cruise to find no such facilities outside the paid co-ed spa, which seems to be the trend.
