Hampstead heath for me (with good weather) is the busiest; Take the tube to Hampstead station, come out of the station take a sharp right, then stay on the right side of the road for a while, a landmark that should be on the correct side of the road are dexters and knights frank estate agents. Stay on the right until you come up to the very big pond (whitestone) which should be on your left.
