Thanks for posting the pics of him here because I cannot follow this 18 year old kid trying to spit out the advice of a PhD in physical fitness. When asked if he was a certified trainer or nutritionist to be giving out all this advice, he said “I don’t need the degrees, I have the results” like child, you have age and genetics and pretty eyes.
