This appeared while skimming through other crap.

People who live in freezing climates are not all that different to those who live in tropical steamy climates. Apart from a training device to prepare for the Ice Age and making your wallet lighter. I see no benefit to human kind.

I've done cryo a few times (chamber is open at the top and they blast you with nitrogen).
Did it help me? Probably
Was it a magical cure all? Nope.
Was I glad I tried it? Yeah, it was a few bucks and beat lugging home a bunch of ice to throw in the tub.
