About half the men I meet prefer no kissing. It's usually - but not always - because they are bisexuals, who prefer to keep that level of intimacy and loving kindness for their wives. I don't mind.

I don't understand that. To me, NSA refers to simple hookups with a minimizing of other dimensions to the connection. FWB, OTOH, refers to an actual friend that one also has a sexual relationship with.
