I actually had to cum in a cup for a sperm analysis. When the nurse called with the results she was like 
"that is alot!" She said average was equivalent to about 1-2Tbs and that I shot about 6Tbs. She also said my sperm count was through the roof at nearly 1.2 billion with 91% motility; average is 40%.

The amount of semen ejaculated in the adult human male is between 2 and 6 milliliters. Average is 3.5 milliliters. This is accepted medical fact, gathered in labratory conditions, not internet fantasy conditions. A tablespoon is 15 milliliters. There are 32 tablespoons per 8 ounce cupful. We have all kinds of claims here. I am not sure where nurse is getting her information on average volume being 1 to 2 TABLESPOONS.... perhaps teaspoons would be more accurate.

Sperm/Semen volumne can be measured very easily. Using a condom conduct an intense ejaculation either by sexual activity or self pleasuring. All the contents to cool down and pour into a teaspoon. If you fill more than one teaspoon, continue placing the sperm in the spoons. If your are confident of tremendous amounts, line up a dozen teaspoons and start pouring.
Please do not place any jelly or other contents in side the condom prior to or after the one complete ejaculation. Let us all be fair about this. Now, I have to go and do my own personal research.
