I too have tried the Semenax product and yes it has increased the amount of pre-cum and thickened my semen, but I've yet to notice increase in volume yet. Only been using it for approx. 1 1/2 months. Will keep you posted.

Going from a couple teaspoons to 1 cup will be very difficult, if not impossible. However, there are healthy ways to increase production. If you live a healthy lifestyle (water, sleep, eat right and exercise) along with certain supplements, you should see an increase in your load.
