Hey guys not sure if I should put here or in ask a Man so here goes..

I am in my 40s a dl guy and I have somewhat of a problem. Any time I get either oral or think of maybe try being a top I seem to cum way to quickly...espically my liking...How can I. make myself last longer? What causes me to cum so quickly other than arousal? Any suggestions/advice is appreciated

It could be a mental problem or sometimes a medical problem. I find that when you do intercourse try to use a desensitizing condom it will help you relax. And try not to masturbate too often. I’ve heard that works against you and your stamina.

If you do masturbate, try to edge. Edging helps build stamina because you learn how to control your orgasm. Change positions often and also nothing wrong with stopping and doing foreplay during intercourse. That gives you a break and makes the sex last longer.
