lol, I would type a longer message, but it will probably lock up on me half way through....

My binary bitch is having a laugh at me right now! Friday night it decides to go all SKYNET and hangs itself right after Windows update had its smutty way with the poor thing :069:. Naturally, I take pity and rollback to the last good copy and now it intermittently seizes up and works, or BSOD's. :rocketwhore:

I better not find out that the sneaky smexbawkz has hooked up with windows and decided to pull the sneaks on me. If this doesn't fix it, I'll be staring at memory and the HDD's until one fesses up and takes the deviance penalty. :sorry:

Hats off to anybody spending the rest of their weekend formatting/saving important data off their computer :knockedout:

I would say that that's some pretty niche porn you've invented there, but

a) someone, somewhere will have already made Mac porn
b) there are probably pleeeeenty of people who would pay for that sort of stuff
c) I don't actually have a third point but the post looks better this way

Went Linux back in '99 and haven't looked back. Fast, stable & scads of free (as in freedom & beer) software.

Go to Homepage | Ubuntu, burn a CD or USB stick, and try it out without installing anything. Give it a week to get used to it and you'll never want to touch a M$ product again.

Try using Safe Mode

Press F8 after you turn the PC on (press it repeatedly). Use arrow keys and enter to select Safe Mode.

If that works then you can do things like System Restore and virus scans etc.

If you're browsing with Firefox, you might consider installing Flashblock and NoScript. You'll need a short time getting used to them, but they really do cut way back on the freezes/crashes and reboots. My 'puter's eight years old and for a while there I thought I'd need to replace it until some buds on a different MB told me about these add-ons.

Liked the binary talk, it's gets me worked up when women say 011000100010100101110101000101011010100001110101001

So hot!!
From a T-shirt reportedly worn by students at MIT:
There are 10 kinds of people:
those who understand binary
and those who don't
That exhausts my supply of funny stuff about binary. And now, back to cunty cumpootars.

and reset switch

and falsely mean stares

I even danced in front of it seductively while holding my MacBook Pro :naughty:

Sorry, my brain went blue screen after reading that!

Have you tried slipping a condom over your modem? It'll save your computer from getting a nasty virus during cyber sex!:biggrin1:

Which version of windows do you run?
You can always restore from a previous restore point, if you use Vista or 7.
Also is good idea to update daily with security essentials, and run periodic full scans. I've caught a few trojans that way...and not the good kind.

OS was Win7... hopefully they'll perfect it on the next try . My rollback to the restore point was less than successful cuz' windows just did it's incessant update before I could log-in again. :twak:

The cumpootar is not old or suck and it was malware free (I made double-ultra-sure). Simply a crabby update flaw...

Anywho, I formatted the main drive and put a fresh copy of Win7 on it... was probably due for a fresh start anyhow. Now to get everything back the way I had it :yell:

EDIT: ATI video drivers can also suck my boobs. The latest radeon drivers for my gfx card have a funky flaw that makes neutral shades look pink... always something :lmao:

I think I'm nearing that point with my laptop. I recently had to install iTunes on it as I was setting up an iPad for someone. Quick Time installs as part of iTunes and now all media type stuff seems fucked to high hell. I've uninstalled iTunes, of course - next step is to uninstall and reinstall the likes of VLC - after that I'll hose and re-do. Though if I hose and re-do I may well end up with a flavour of Linux, just because I can.

We have been having enough issues with W7 and networking for me to agree - 1) they did not get it nearly perfected this time, 2) windows update is terrible: if you actually use your PC, something will be wrong after WU

I have been using Linux, mainly Ubuntu, for a while myself. I have had great luck with it, and the only time I use M$ is when I must use it at work.
