Hey guys!

Lately I’ve been doing research/looking at guys who have done saline, glucose, (and silicone.)

and was wondering how safe are any of those methods? I would like to add some girth to my cock and seen some guys with impressive results (using silicone; just look at @hugecockace on twitter.)

Also, can you inject just saline into your cock for girth, or is that not a thing? I’ve only seen people do their balls but never their dick.

You can totally add saline to both your penis and your sack, but you need to tie off the area between them and your abdomen to reduce migration of the saline. Take a look at NewbiePumpLover on xtube (NewbiePumpLover's Profile Activities - Xtube.com). He has done several videos where he has infused both his sack and his cock with saline to amazing effect. I know silicone can look really hot when done correctly, but, I don't trust it. I've heard too many horror stories. Also remember, silicone is permanent, which can be great if you have a smooth experience with no issues, but awful if you get a botched procedure. Also it can be deadly. Saline, while not permanent, can still get you huge, but is safe enough to be absorbed into your body.

Hugecockace has silicone in his balls and PMMA in his dick. PMMA is a lot more expensive than silicone but has more natural results.
Do NOT promote PMMA. That stuff melts at certain temperatures and migrates, and then settles in the new areas, causing necrosis and severe pain. Urologists in Hungary have a big chunk of their time dedicated to performing surgery on Romani people who self inject PMMA and paraffin into their dicks so they can avoid being raped in prisons, and end up with these issues. The treatment and surgery is extensive and highly unpleasant, and you do not want necrotic tissue anywhere on your body, and that includes your dick.

With claims like that can you provide a source?

That is completely incorrect. And how can you lump legitimate PMMA (branded Bellafill/Artefill, MetaCrill, LinneaSafe, etc) in the same category as paraffin? Never mind that on one side there's a proven product produced for medical/cosmetic use and the other side is... fucking wax, which likely would 'melt'... it's fucking wax. They also enlarge/fill tissue using completely different processes, one would just be a liquid bulk filler (or make a nice smelly candle) and the other is micro spheres that promote collagen growth.

If you're melting your own collagen inside of you, I'd be more immediately concerned with getting the rest of yourself out of the house fire you're clearly sitting in the middle of.

Considering PMMA is a legal procedure in the US, I smell bullshit on your claim.

Well... yes, but more that Bellafill is an FDA approved filler for certain uses, mainly small areas. Use in the penis is not and has not been approved by the FDA for it, or any other filler for that matter that I'm aware of. And to add, it's more that it isn't approved because it hasn't been pursued actively.

There is *no* perfect cosmetic way to enlarge your dick. There are *fairly* safe options to thicken it, but even there, there is a wide spread. It has to be a combination of things though too... the correct products, the correct practitioner, and the correct patient. And even then, you will not get what some guys consider a 'perfect' result.

The one thing to stay away from is silicone. And I mean any form used in your shaft. Legit Silikon 1000 or black market, good luck long term. They even were saying at one point that silikon 1000 could be safe in small areas (face, etc) if done using a 'micro drop' technique... but the complication rate with that was still too high.

So stay away from silicone. Everything else that's fairly legit is use at your own risk and make sure you know what you're getting.

I might stand corrected here. My experience is with Romani people injecting different kinds of paraffins into their dicks and we having to perform the surgeries, I thought PMMA was in the same category. Well nevertheless you cannot escape granulomas and chronic inflammation whenever you insert something foreign into your body.

There used to be an internet rumor that Edgar Guanipa (Muscle Eddie) injected synthol into his dick. Does anyone know the results of that? Because synthol is similar to the paraffin waxes but liquid. Some people use paraffin instead of synthol because it's cheaper and end up with necrosis.

PMMA (actual, legit product) is a completely different animal than any liquid filler. It's in the same category as temp fillers like Ellanse, Sculptra, etc. Difference being their spheres gradually dissolve. If you have say 20 cc of 30% PMMA injected, there's actually only 6 cc worth of spheres. Your body begins basically forming collagen/matrix around them and eventually the idea is that vascularity returns and it essentially becomes and acts like tissue. Liquid safe(r) fillers that are temporary such as HA are another thing out there...

Silicone is just... a mess. Your body reacts even more aggressively. It develops into full blown granulomas and openings through tissue. Once it's exposed it attracts infection. Seriously, it's a mess. Paraffin, silicone... hell olive oil lol. They all cause similar issues.

I'm not advocating for anything... but there are reviewed papers from several sources out there documenting many (1,000 + total) men over years of having PMMA with overall satisfactory results that compare to most other cosmetic procedures. Again... it's not perfect. Hell, a lot of women with breast implants experience issues and aren't happy after either.

As for Eddie... I don't know man. I'd just assume it's silicone. Maybe he balloons it up further with pumping or saline. But all the squishy giant dicks are generally silicone because it's so cheap and immediate. Yes, there are guys that have had it for yeaaaaars with no major issues. But from every legit source, it's a ticking time bomb.
