Thanks for asking... I had problems with psoriasis around the opening of the foreskin causing skin fissures when I retracted. Dr would not prescribe steroids ointments for that area but recomended circumcision. My problem could have continued to balenitis which is also an autoamune disease.

Which head are you referring to? Top of my head or my cock head. I use sunscreen on both of those and reapply every hour or so to prevent any sunburn. If I take a dip in the ocean I reapply after coming out.
I also use cocoa butter after I get home and shower. Keeps my skin soft and moist plus it helps my tan to last longer.
