My glans was so keratinized that there was very little feeling. It took forever to climax. I heard about several methods of restoring. I embarked on the project. In just over 2.5 years there was total flaccid coverage. This resulted in dekeritination of the glans. This resulted in a fantastic improvement in sensitivity.
