I’m real the same as you I find cut dicks dry to the touch and the Circumcision Scars not appealing.

You are asking the right question, one that most American men refuse to answer.
We evolved to have a foreskin for a reason, it isn't "just a useless piece of skin", it serves a function in sex. Yeah, it might look a bit weirder, but who gives a fuck about what a dick looks like, what's important is how it functions.
