A "moderate" might be guys who have a partial circumcision: the head is only half uncovered when soft, and there is enough skin to move up and down over the head when masturbating. (The way you know it's a partial circ as compared to a short foreskin is the presence of the circ scar.) JMHO

Agreed. We need to talk more about circumcision. There are fewer things in the world that bring out the compassion and civility in this world than circumcision.

I went from long foreskin go semi cut to fully cut. My average is thus semi cut so I would be "moderate"
