According to gevi database Marek Siminsky appeared 3 William Higgins movie between 2006 and 2008. (and some scenes).
It is very interesting after 12+ years he come back doing one scenes with CZH.

Forgive me for being naive, but is Czech hunter totally staged? Or are some of the guys actually random guys off the street? If it's staged, then some of those boys are pretty good actors
Yes it's all staged. Even those who get asked and refuse it's usually just a friend or someone from the set. Before any video there's STD testing, they have to sign the legal documents, provide 2 different forms of ID that are scanned and put in their file to make sure they are 18+. If you didn't do that you could run into someone who tells you they are 20 but they are actually 16 which would obviously be a huge trouble when it's get online.
What's funny is that the real pay for the scene is often less than what they are offered on camera.
