It has been around a while, but in the last few years, it seems to me at least, that there is an ever increasing use of dad/son terminology in gay or bi-male porn, as well as online ads like DoubleList.com. I personally find this disturbing and pretty gross. I have no issues with younger/older gay or bi-male porn or role playing, but using the dad/son terminology implies to me there are some out there into incest, or fantasizing about it. That is nasty. Just sayin'.

Someone please tell me I am not the only one disturbed by this.

I discussed this with a twinkish dude a few weeks ago. He brought up that he was looking for a daddy. Being new to the community in practice for about a year, I asked him why go there. He basically said it was just a term for young guys getting with older guys. I told him that it was a dick killer for me and probably many others who were in my age group. I asked him if he had father issues etc out of curiosity. He told me that although his pops disowned him when he came out, it had little bearing on why he uses that term. I had a woman call me daddy when I was having sex with her years ago. After I came, we discussed it. Told her that's not gonna work for me. I was slightly weirded out but I had to bust my nut first before we could discuss it.

Instant turn off for me as well. Can’t even look at porn when they label it with “daddy/son” tags. I had several guys approach me online to be their “daddy” and for most of them it was about powerplay. Nevertheless, it really doesn’t work for me. It’s the same way with women, although that’s less common in my experience. Calling themselves “mama” is also a turn off for me.

Totally agree! When I am in the chat room here, in a private chat with a younger guy, nothing turn the conversation totally sour, than me being referred to as "Daddy". I would never refer to a younger dude as "son" . Totally creepy!!

It’s fucking sick! It makes you wonder what happened to the person who’s seeking out father son porn

It’s creepy - never want to be in invest fantasy

I'm a gay guy, and I've never regarded 'Dad/Son' as meaning an incestual relationship. It's a convenient terminology for a relationship where the partners are separated by a generation. My best ever relationship was with a young man 25 years younger than me, and there was no question of my exploiting him.

I agree with you. It's mostly code for older man with younger guy. Do some role play it? Absolutely. But how many years have we seen the Britney Spears school girl look in porn with her calling him "daddy". If both parties are of legal age let it be.

I am 57 but really don't see myself as a 'Daddy'. I would not be a 'son' or 'boy' either. No offense to the younger men here, I prefer guys who are in their 40s - 60s for some reason. Don't get me wrong, the tight firm young male body is amazing to touch and see and I do appreciate that. When I really want to connect on a more intimate level, the older guys are who I gravitate towards.

Edited to add: The terminology is used frequently and does not bother me in the least. Further, it really does not paint a picture of incest for me either. I just do not use those terms but really don't get bent out of shape if others do. Go at it!

It is creepy regardless of orientation.
I kind of agree. If a chick would call me daddy I would lose my hard on instantly. I’m sure the same for the opposite sex, but I only ever hear it said allowed by chicks mostly.

Never have been a fan of overly dirty and played out talk though.... “fuck me” Suffices. Lol

My last sex partner was a "daddy" who was 64 and I was in 35. This was his term as it applied to an older and younger man relationship. It wasn't anything related to incest, but until I realized that the daddy and son term did bother me a bit.

There's a 20 year age difference between @AlphaMale and I, so many guys refer to our relationship as a Dad/Son situation. Has nothing to do with incest. Heck, we've been together so long, I don't even realize the age difference most of the time. He's more attracted to older guys and I'm more attracted to younger. It's as simple as that. It took me the longest time getting used to guys calling me "daddy", but I guess I've gotten used to it by now.

Are "some" guys into for less than savory reasons? I'm sure there are, just like any other role playing fantasy or fetish. However to call ALL similar situations "creepy" is just plain ignorant.

Btw, if we watch porn together, we usually watch "Dad / Son" porn. That way we each get to see what we like.

In my experience "daddy" has nothing to do with incest when used by partners, male or female. Neither does "momma" or "babe" or "baby" or "boy" or "girl" or "kid" or "child." They're just terms of affection which both sexes use.

Incest is the last thing on my mind when I hear those terms in romantic situations. My aversion to incest is so strong I had to get counseling for it.
