Is this about dicksize? Cause you know you are big... or is it about your relationship with your father and how to bond with him? If you worry about his mental state I'd tell him so. Tell him you love him and you care for him and that's why you suggest he takes care of himself metally/physically'... you know the guy but most would respond positive to a caring relative.
