I agree, I hope she gets something that better complements her frame.

I really like Sophie she comes across as a really nice and genuine person. However she also comes across (to me at least) as someone with self esteem issues and quite vulnerable and overcompensates with these extreme surgeries as a result.

I hope that there's some good people around her (I actually don't think this Damien guy is a good influence - things have gone downhill for her since they got together).

As a side note, the doctors performing these extreme surgeries should be struck off, it's so dangerous what they're doing
