Hey CAL and U-Oak, thanks for the feedback! I have come to believe strongly that we lie to ourselves when we say, "Because I'm (x) years old now, I can't/shouldn't/won't do/become/be (fill in the goal)."

Our bodies change, but there is still so much potential in them ... and in our souls ... no matter what chronological age we happen to be.

As a matter of fact, in so many situations, age is more of a lie than a fact. Think about how many lies we tell ourselves ... about ourselves and others ... when we think about chronological age.
