That should have been a clue that Tarzan wasn't on the up and up either. What a crock. The mods could have easily stopped that part by verifying that he and I have different isps.

Yes, we could tell it was a personal vendetta. With this being the internet and not real life, I sometimes wonder why people would go on vendettas. Is it because he was more popular?

Not possible, someone can post on a laptop and a PC at the same time and have two different IPs. I did this to prank a fellow moderator on my other site. Pissed him off good too. :tongue:

That would be a ridiculous waste of time. If a person is doing so, I see it more as a reason to be sad for them than to be mad. Plus, anybody who has chatted with me long, knows I can't be him. I prefer to act insane than to be the coolness dude.

No it was my first contact with him, I just didn't back down or lose my cool, it wasn't really all that hard.

Hootie, hun i do believe that you got accused of being Monster because he's just the kind of nut to create the alternate indentities to argue on his own behalf. I will admit that anyone who agrees with Monster automatically get suspect in that manner.

I will vouch that i've cammed casually and not so casually with Tarzan and talk to him on the phone regularly. He's a great guy, he is who he says he is and is the person in his photos. How many can say that about Monster? Out of all the gay men who would DIE to have one night with the man in Monsters gallery can say they ever got to the point where they could honestly defend that he was authentic....so far...none.

Well if he indeed use this method, then not only was it a waste of time (although not to him), but it is indeed sad. If anyone is going to be something their not and spend countless hours on a site just to fool everyone, then they don't have much of a life.

Granted, I'm real and I have a lot of time invested on here, but I also have a lot of downtime and friends here. In monster's case, like others have stated, he got a thrill off of baiting his enemies into getting banned. He liked to flirt with guys and flight with others.

Maybe you are taking this too seriously? If you can't even comprehend why your association and taking up for a known liar and faker who has been trolling the boards could possibly bring suspicion on yourself, thats a problem.

Honestly, i think some of you were so flattered by him giving you any attention that you can't see past that. Everyone here but maybe 3 people have been very honest and almost all have the same outlook on the guy. He made a HUGE negative impression here based on the responses in this thread. Yeah, I hear ya, and what IS that all about anyway? Not your list, but people "collecting" friends. I've been approached by people that I've never chatted with, never had banter in a thread with, never put/got gallery comments to/from, or ever even heard of, to be their "friends". I mean, I'm flattered, but... My point in the previous post though, wasn't to counter you, it was more to make a point that it's dumbfounding to me that so many people either approached him, or in the very least, confirmed his approach, to be listed as friends with him.

So most of his noncombative words were a distraction from being called out.

And I think that was a device to infuriate his detractors, to get them to point that out, and REALLY go on the attack, to get him to answer, but instead, got them banned.

...I think I finally understand the true meaning of schadenfreude.
