i just spent a few weeks off dealing with an injury, and while i did apparently lose 3/8 of an inch off my length, (overtraining, not good times:frown1:) i have a question:

would it be better to start back at the bottom in terms of intensity of my routines, or would it be better to start somewhere in the middle? obviously i don't want to start off too hard, but if i start it off too weak, is it even going to do anything?

For every extra two weeks off that you take, you'll need to backtrack at least 1 weeks' worth of training. If it's been more than a month, you'll probably want to start light for the first week or so.
