Why do girls think that if you are good at dancing, then you are good in bed? I never realy tried, but im quite sure that if i went and tried to dance, i would look like the most retarded fool to ever grace the planet with his goofy dance steps aha. So does that mean i dont know how to find the hole? haha.

Whats your take on this ladies? good dancing = sexual prowess?

I've been with good and bad dancers and never noticed a correlation with prowess in the sack.

However, I get to watch men dancing a lot, and the few and far between that do it well are absolutely mesmerising. If you want to impress the ladies or men, take some dancing lessons. It will make you stand out in a crowd.

Actually I agree with this statement.

I find me who dance well are sure of themselves, naturally rythmic and like to be watched, they also have a sexiness about the way they move their bodies that equates to me an inner sensuality which is a turn on.

All this TO ME carries over to an impression of a confident man who moves well. If I see a great dancer, I will usually aussme he is great in bed.

I also find it true for women, great dancers are usually sexy , aware of their sexuality, move well, they are comfortable in their bodies, and will probably be better in bed.

I know my opinion wont be popular, and I am not saying bad dancers are shit in bed.

bollocks. A lot of guys can't dance too well, tho I have often wondered why- but they are absolutely incredible lovers anyway. Some guys dance like a dream, (I love ballroom dancing- salsa, etc) but they have nothing extra to offer sexually just cos they dance well.
The only correlation I can think of is just as snoozan said- it is very sexy to see someone dance well, and therefore I think one can get a bit turned on by a guy they dance with, who has rhythm and sensuality in his movements.

back in the day if i was on the dance floor and hit a i groove with a lady...the bedroom would be on fire. no doubt.

however, not everyone is from Detroit, where we take soul and R&B very seriously.

I moved here from another state last year, and there are a lot more opportunities for dance lessons here than the city I used to live in. Lots of people here take lessons in salsa, swing dancing, and tango. I'm uncoordinated when it requires specific steps but thought about salsa and tango just because I like the music. But for me African dance would be my thing - I LOVE African music.

Unfortunately, haven't found out if any of the dancers are good in bed or not.

From my own observations I agree with WildHoney. A good dancer carries with him/her an aura of sensuality/sexuality. Being able to listen to the music, follow the rhythm, adjust to the mood of what is being played in how you express yourself on the floor at least to me points to someone that would likely show the same traits in the bedroom.

I can disco, salsa, ballroom, old school funk, hip hop. Hit them all. I don't know if there is any correlation with sex skills, (actually i think there is)but I have been picked up in clubs by women just cuz i dance pretty well.

I'm not good at dancing with specific steps, but wanted to try salsa (although people tell me it's difficult) and African dance because I like the music. Although sometimes if I'm dancing with specific steps, I pay so much attention to getting the steps right that I don't enjoy the music! So for me dancing probably the best thing is country & western dancing (which is also very popular here) because I'm not crazy about the music so much! :biggrin1:

I'd also like to do bellydancing, and I think that would make one better in bed! (plus, I love Middle Eastern music as well as Latin and African music...)

I belly danced all thru university and loved it- my b/f was from middle east, so i got to wear all the lovely garb and it was a kick dancing on a weekend night before dinner with our friends! I know, some may say "oh no oppression!" but it was fun for me.
I took ballroom dancing after falling in groupie love with John Edward the psychic medium, great fun but not enough men participate. (the dancing, not the groupie love)
Loved c&w dancing, I belonged to a dance team and we performed at various events in the NW. Guys seemed to think if it was 'cowboy dancing' it was ok, so at least more partners were available.

and I will await Quercusone's reply on if he can dance. If youve seen his videos, you know he can fuck, and fuck quite well, and he has all high performance parts!

I agree with everything WildHoney said, and not just because she is sexy and hot. A good dancer usually means that they can move their body well and with rhythm. In lots of cases this translates to a good sexual prowess in the bedroom. Dancing is also so fucking sexual! Seeng a girl moving her body on the floor turns me on like nothing else. If she can dance and has a great ass its a done deal for me.

However, with that said, I do not think it translates into the ability of one to maintain a rock hard cock, know what spots to hit and what angles to use. It also probably doesn't translate into having the ability to hold off ejaculation. All of this comes either with experience or natural ability. Or in Skull Masons' case, both :tongue:
