I know glass isn’t always perfectly smooth and flat, but for one window (left) to have so many ripples, in the reflections, it almost looks like textured glass and be isolated to such a specific part of that window, while the the next window (right) is so smooth is extremely unusual…virtually impossible. Since they are exposed to the same conditions/environment.

So if you really want to know, then you can answer your own question by actually reading what I’ve said.
