Sometimes i may see a guy who has that 'vibe' about him that i find irresistible (moth to a flame) and i'd be so interested to interact with him... but situationally its not exactly the right setting to do anything risky (or risque) and the opportunity is gone. Sometimes its an age difference, or i'm at work (on the clock) and don't have freedom to interact the way i'd choose.

Someone on another topic was mentioning how they would love to have a buddy to trade underwear with. Good example. Let's say you saw a guy in your locker room- stranger, or maybe you've chatted him up a couple times. Would you ever have the balls to risk suggesting a swap?

All of the advice i have ever given on the board always suggests that these things take time, and baby steps towards a successful outcome... but sometimes life moves very fast and you dont have that luxury- take a risk and try, or lose out.

So what has been the riskiest thing you've ever done in public with a stranger? What was the circumstance, and how did it work out positively for you?

This will sound old fashioned but a friend of mine printed calling cards. It’s sort of like a personal card with as much or as little contact info as you like.
His has a simple pic and a silly phrase that he uses to help people remember him. He says something like I wish I had more time to chat but if you’d like to continue this conversation here’s my info. This is not pushy and puts the ball in the other guys court.
Back in the day I’d just hand over a business card with my personal email written on the back. I recognize that this may be more information than you’d care to share so the calling card may be your answer.
