Dark tan ?

Anyone have a dark tan? How did you get that dark? How do you keep it? Is it all sun? Or spray tan? Combo of both?
Natural sun or booth / bed ? I did a bunch of spray tanning last winter, I liked it, quick and easy, but that only gets me about half as dark as I want to get . Thanks

My heritage is 100% Southern Italian. I tan easily and can get quite dark if I don't limit sun exposure or start using sunblock.

My wife's heritage is more Northern European and she doesn't tan hardly at all. By mid-summer, we start to look like an interracial couple.

I tan pretty easily but I’m careful and use sun block ...at least once a week to the nude beach and spend time under umbrella .best not to rush getting color
