It could be the fact that basically ...except for urination...the penis gets LOTS of blood into it...which could make it seem darker..especially since there isn't a lot of subcutanious fat on it. Which also could make the pigment darker in those areas. *of course some guys have more blood flowing down there than others...sigh* hahaha
