I'm sorry you did not like what I said, but I'm not sorry I said it. I get PM's from so many people saying they were uncomfortable at the idea of attending because it's painted like such a freak show in these threads.

HKM go back and read the things that were discussed in the past threads of what supposedly happened at the events and you will have an idea of what I'm talking about! Someone who was not there could get the wrong ideas.(As they have in some of the PM's I got asking..."Did that really happen?)

In several of the threads I asked folks to knock it off. I had to restart one thread b/c of several folks posts. That being said if anyone can't read between the lines and see that it mostly jokes really needs their head examined IMHO.

All I'm saying is that one of the events sounded to most like a big gay fuck fest in the bathroom. You and I have been trying to say it's just a bunch of nice people sitting around drinking, eating and talking. There are people that don't read between the lines very well. By posting a bunch on nonsense is a turn off to many people including me.

With all due respect Nude, I understand your point, but those people you refer to probably had no intention of going anyway and are just using that as an excuse. Common sense would dictate that the shenanigans tossed around by bigBull are all in fun, and woudnt occur in a public eattery during business hours.

As a Mod however, i do understand the stance you needed to take on this. Since I dont attend, maybe I should just shut up anyway ?

It has nothing to do with being a moderator. I just want the events to be fun and well attended. My entire point if you go back and look at the old threads; they were really over the top and misunderstood by some who may or may not have intended to participate. I am just trying to stress that it's Just a bunch of nice people sitting around having a good time! This is an open forum...by all means contribute if it's worth while to the topic. And you should attend if you feel like it. My days in NYC are like sands falling through the hour glass. Don't know how many more I'll be here for!
