what are you getting at? you’re going hard defending this person as if it isn’t problematic what they’re doing. if you aren’t keen of a person don’t check to complain in the end

you're implying a joke was told, but there wasn't one. especially when you used "literally" in your post, implying what you're saying is a truth.
maybe it's a generational gap and you don't understand tone doesn't always convey well through text, which is why we use tone identifiers. so if you're telling a joke, and it's not in a context where everyone is able to see it's a joke, which is the case for your post, you end the with /j

well, 2 things. one, if a comedian is telling a story, one assumes there's going to be a joke. secondly, a lot of those times it's through audio or video format, in which you can tell by the way they speak that it's a joke.
and like i've already said, tone can't always be identified through text, thus the use of things like /j at the end of a post where the tone might need to be conveyed.
if being a comedian is your day job, stick to live shows, i don't think being funny on the internet is for you

haha right,now everyone is so touchy and uptight.If you comment on ANYTHING ,you get attacked and reported haha.The gurls of today need to relax and realize people have their own opinions on different subjects,if one don't like someones comment then replies with rudeness,THAT is what creates the problem. I was told to not bicker but i haven't been.I just comment like everyone else yet,i get reported. haha Lighten up gurls,the world is already going through enough. EVERYONE has their own opinions,sorry if mine is blunt but true.
I think everyone should say whatever they want too. Just keep it funny.
it wasn't an opinion tho. he tried making a joke about davey being super short, and the joke didn't land, and now he's pressed people didn't get his joke
