I just looked up the definition of "fake" which says: "Having a false or misleading appearance; fraudulent." So if these big bulges aren't the real thing, wouldn't they fit that definition?

Actually a trick that is quite common in the add world is to stuff the undies with some white bread slices with the crust cut off, they use this as it adds bulk without adding odd shapes or edges to the bulges and if you cut it correctly it can look more realistic than what people think off the real thing.

the advertisement was only shot a few weeks ago, around the same time that pictures were released of him shirtless that showed his abs looking much less defined and differently shaped.
no one's bulge is that smooth. it is clearly stuffed or airbrushed, because if it was not it would not be that full and smooth- you'd be able to see more of an outline. even if he had a 12 inch cock, it would still look like that because if you're ever seen another underwear ad, they all look exactly the same.
