David Kross did some nude scenes in the movie, 'The Reader', but they didn't make the cut. He did these full frontal shots immediately after turning 18.

I watched the film at the weekend and he is in it in all his glory so it made the cut I saw. Great film by the way, Kate Winslet at her best.

I also saw the cut with the full nudity in the cinema here. Maybe there's a difference between the European and the American version?
