I saw it, but it seems like he deleted the story. While I don’t feel sympathy for him, he is grieving immensely to the point of him saying “I wish I would have left with you”. I hope he gets the help needs and does something meaningful with the second chance at life that he got. The amount of guilt he must feel is unimaginable.

Anything he says or does at this point, can and will be used against him in court. When it is all said and done, he will probably end up striking a plea deal doing the mandatory minimum of time in county jail depending on if he previously has a criminal record, he’ll pay a hefty fine, restitution to the victim’s family and possibly the other passengers involved, pay for the private and public property damage. An avoidable life changing mistake, that unfortunately altered the lives of many forever. Let’s hope his family and friends keep watching over him. Be accountable for the actions and don’t take the easy way out, that will heal nobody.

There's video on YouTube of Silva and the surviving friend being treated at the scene and getting taken to hospital, doesn't seem to have any horrific injuries outwardly.

I wonder if him rolling around in Onlyfans money contributed to this. Look at Derek Martin, he was driven and kept in great shape but when he opened an Onlyfans, he used the money to party and got fat.
