Day 1 - I'm convinced and ready

All the success I've read in these threads has convinced me to start a routine of my own. My only concern is limited time to perform a routine in private so I've devised a custom version of some of the routines I've read. I'm interested in your opinions of whether it can be effective at primarily gaining length and secondarily girth... Here's what I did this morning and intend to do 3-5x/week in the morning from here on out:

- warmup w/ warm-hot water in the shower
- 30 second stretch down, repeat to left, right and up
- wet jelq 50-100 reps, as level of erection and as time allows
- one thirty second base squeeze
- 100 3-5 second kegels during my commute

So, will this get me anywhere? Should I incorporate anything else that won't result in a lengthy time-commitment?

Starting Measurements:
Length (erect) - 6.00" Girth (erect) - 5.25"

Sounds about right.

Just make increases gradually.

I would start off doing this 3 times a week with a rest day in between.

Also, spread out your kegels throughout the day. 100 in one shot for a beginner is too much. Do 20, five times a day for the first week and see what happens. Trust me, you do not want to overdo kegels in the beginning.

I've done kegels on and off for a couple years, so I'm not an all out beginner in that regard. I appreciate the rest day advice - today was day 2 and I did the routine as described. The way my dick looks immediately after and even when it goes back to being flaccid is awesome - if it only looked like that all the time :smile:

So I've been going now, 2 days on, 1 day off since last Thurs. (7/30) which equates to four workouts total so far... and it's left me wondering - how often do you guys check your measurements and when did you first see a change? I was thinking of waiting until two full weeks pass and going from there.

Tomorrow will mark two weeks into my 'program' and therefore it's measuring day. I'm not holding my breath and it may only be psychological, but I think it looks bigger much of the time, particularly when flaccid. Wish me luck!

erect - 6" length, 5 1/4" girth
today - 13 days after beginning PE:
erect - 6 1/16" length 5 7/16" girth

Come on, guys? Can I get some props for that GIRTH gain? It's a 3.5% increase and though I'm not sure, I don't think it's really been 2 weeks... I think more like 1 and a half. I will wait now, though for two more weeks before measuring again. I've never stayed with anything PE-related this long or kept track of any progress. It's kind of exciting.

I've found that I've gotten somewhat quicker with my routine, now that I have it down and am better avoiding full erections during PE. So, with the extra time, I'm holding my stretches for 40 seconds (instead of 30) and doing my squeeze for 60 seconds instead of 30. There's been talk in other forums about the great progress made in the first four weeks and how hard it gets thereafter... I'm excited to think that big progress can be made in short time and don't expect even small gains or maintenance to deter me in the future. I wonder, though, what is a cementing cycle?
