Tomorrow will be Day 1 of a new workout routine I am putting together. I already bike about 30 miles a day, but will now be working my upper body for the first time ever, really. I want to trim some fat, put on muscle, and feel better about myself. I've posted a few pics. Will update as I go - I'll try to use this thread as motivation. What's my ultimate motivation? Getting a body my GF deserves. Thats why.
