Day 1 Workout

    Tomorrow will be Day 1 of a new workout routine I am putting together. I already bike about 30 miles a day, but will now be working my upper body for the first time ever, really. I want to trim some fat, put on muscle, and feel better about myself.

    I've posted a few pics. Will update as I go - I'll try to use this thread as motivation.

    What's my ultimate motivation? Getting a body my GF deserves. Thats why.

    Commendable. Good luck and, in my opinion, hit the free weights rather than those rubber band machines. Much more effective.

    Good luck an stay focused.

    When it come to working out the mind is the most importaint piece of equipment you will use.
