I have found that if I try to deepthroat with very full lungs I feel more pressure and the need to exhale more than if I exhale a bit before taking the plunge.

The reality is you can try to teach yourself to take it deeper and deeper however, speaking from a Medical point of view. You can only take what your capable of taking or for that matter confortable taking. Well, my experience is that the throat just needs to be trained, like the anus or vagine, work your way from something shorter into something bigger and wider till you are ready for him, this you could do when you have free time by yourself.
