I m 52 yo and have really problems ro get an orgasm. It takes ages. It takes so long that most times I have to give it up. Maybe once a week or less I can achieve an orgasm. And it s really a hard fight with lot s of concentration.

I hate it because I m excited I need to cum but I can t. Sometimes I feel it cumming...almost I m there...but then.. nothing happens

Medication : bisoprolol, valsartan and amlodipin against hypertension. .

All of the above and anxiety about obtaining and maintaining erections can be a causative link to your issue. I have similar issues but not on those meds Could also be relayed to the delay in ejaculation but would have to look in to this further

I take paroxetine (Paxil) for depression and anxiety. It causes horrible delayed ejaculation or anorgasmia even in the smallest dose. I used to be totally in control of everything and could easily come up multiple times per day.
