I think Biden should go with Warren as his CO. Does anyone agree?

CO like a co-president? No. That simply cannot work. To my surprise Warren, whom I really like did poorly on the most important thing she had to do - get votes. For reasons I have a hard time grasping, she didn't deliver. The president is one person who speaks with one voice - there cannot be any confusion about who is in charge. I hope any president will listen to like minded advisors and take their advice after considering it. Clinton had a close working relationship with Gore, Obama and Biden worked well together, but CO-presidents? I don't see it happening. That is not to say anything bad about Warren - I would hope she would be in a Biden administration at some point in a major role, responsible for certain issues and able to advise when needed. Co? No, I just don't see it.

Sorry, I meant VP.

I think she would be a bit of an olive branch to the progressives and I like her record in dealing with financial institutions. I think she would be a good pick.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. We will see, I like her but I feel Abrams brings more to the ticket, and Biden may be thinking even further outside the box.

Warren

The Governor of MA is a Republican, not a far over Trumpian right winger but still a Republican unless Bidern were to get a promise/commitment that he would appoint a Democrat then wee could be sitting here with the senate with 49 D's Mitch McConnel still the SML able to block or not take action on ANYTHING he wants and VP Warren NOT being able to "break the tie" on ANYTHING

Abrams

For every Bernie bro that MIGHT vote D rather than sit in the corner and pout or find someone else ANYONE else so they can AGAIN "send a Message" or "vote their conscience" ir Warren were on the ticket I think you would/could find one if not two black people, black women in particular , in places like Detroit, Milwaukee and Philly just the types who sat home because they had some kind of "issue" with Hillary Clinton, possibly as result of "meddling" by WHO EVER did it or they just thought she had it in the bag.

She would also put GA in play, way more than without her and at the very least the R's would have to spend money, more money that they otherwise would rather than it be an after thought , taken for granted like Texas a few cycles agoplus she could help put the TWO Senate seats in play, we are WAY past the days of "ticket splitters" AKA "strategic voting" who WAN TED "divided government" as a means of "forcing compromise" that went by the wayside with GWB So odds are that which ever party wins the top of the ticket they also win at leat one probably BOTH Senate seats. If you told anyone that there was even a chance that there could be two D's in the Senate from GA they would have told you you were out of you GD mind

Michelle Obama Breaks From Tradition To Criticize A Controversial Supreme Court Decision

"After serious concerns over a lack of proper social distancing, Obama tweeted her disappointment, saying, “Today, Wisconsin voters had to choose between making their voice heard and keeping themselves and their family safe. No American should ever have to make that choice.”

“We must do better to ensure voting is safe for all voters,” Obama continued in her tweet, sharing a link to information on how Wisconsin voters can make sure their absentee ballots get counted.

Today, Wisconsin voters had to choose between making their voice heard and keeping themselves and their family safe. No American should ever have to make that choice.

We must do better to ensure voting is safe for all voters. The latest Wisconsin voting information is below. When We All Vote on Twitter — Michelle Obama (@MichelleObama) April 7, 2020

Thank you, Bernie. Thank you, Joe. Let's close ranks and take the madman down.

I think we have not gone far enough politically in the Democratic party in terms of progressive policies. At the same time the Covid-19 virus might force us to create a culture where the federal and state governments run our lives, where we go and who we associate with.

I don't disagree with you - if you want to pull the party more to the left - support Democrats in House and Senate races. Find the ones you like, send 'em some money - it doesn't have to be a lot - do what you can.

Well actually I'm a socialist in disguise and a Democrat who's trying to push the party to the most radical policies possible, which is null with Biden in control. It's also a reason why I'm against the American system with 1% of the population having so much wealth.

Are you a Socialist or a Democratic Socialist? Because true socialism is too idealistic to work. There are no examples from history of it working. Only a combination of socialism and capitalism works. Even countries with very effective Democratic Socialist governments, such as the Scandinavian countries, are actually a combination of socialism and capitalism.
