Finally, Julie gets a ticket to banned camp ... that took forever.
In memorium: Lolololololololololololololololololololololololololol.
Seeing as Banned Camp seems to be doing a lot of “return to sender” lately, “forever” may not be assigned to your benefit, and you may not get the last “lololololol”.

I know, you're so right ... trips to banned camp seem to be shorter than one might expect. I wonder if you get picked up for banned camp in an old school bus at a Kmart or Walmart parking lot just like in the movies.

I hope sh gets to be in he same cabin as DaisyMay

Which straw broke the camels back? I reported her when she was calling for violence against the left, saying they should all hang. Of course, the moderators didn't think that was a call for violence but banned me when I suggested that children exist.

I reported one of her posts last week....did you guys report her? There's no point to engaging a person like that- just report and move on.

Back to 2020- I've read numerous comments on different sites saying that Trump's mid term defeat is a harbinger for 2020. PLEASE- don't let that fool you and get complacent. 1992- Bill Clinton was elected to his first term with a majority in the House and Senate. in 1994 mid terms- he was shellacked and lost both, BUT- he was re elected in 1996. Barack Obama was elected in 2008 with a Democratic majority in the House and Senate- he was able to hang on to Senate in 2010 midterms, but lost the House- pretty badly- YET, he got re elected in 2012. I hope the mid terms energy and disgust of Trump holds, but 2020 is still SADLY, very much still up in the air (especially with Republicans fighting election safe guards Dems are tryi9ng to pass right now to keep Russian interference at bay).

A party not interested in appealing to rural America is a party that does not deserve to govern outside of the metropolitan areas.

A party that isn't interested in the welfare or quality of life of certain Americans cannot possibly expect to be qualified to represent them in a representative form of government... I feel like this is simple common sense.

Neither of those assertions was part of the discussion. Those are assertions you made when misrepresenting the argument.

If the rural Americans we're speaking of are Trump supporters then no, it'd be a complete waste of time... the proof of which is clearly evidenced herein. But I'd like to BELIEVE there MIGHT be a few of them who aren't, and maybe worth a TRY.

So long as Democrats don't alienate their own base in attempting to do so.

Yep. We win with a high turnout of college educated, women and minorities (racial, sexual and religious). It's a waste of valuble time otherwise.

Well Democrats have made the mistake of abandoning their base before in trying to reach out to people who'd "rather be Russian than Democrat."

Seems strange to ME that someone who berated a man like Obama for his rather centrist policies would now be an advocate for "reaching out" to those far right of us.

the men in those T- Shirts would have died 40 years ago rather than say that- the Regan Republicans HATED Russia, he must be spinning in his grave. The change is all Fox- brainwashing these people for the last 30 years, who ever Fox supports gets these people whole hog, including Russia loving Trump.

Yes, FOX for sure... but they weren't the only culprits:

Russia and trump
