Anyone have any experience with depends (like adult briefs for incontinence) I'm thinking long-distance drivers, or those who may be in a situation where they're not sure if they would be able to hold out long enough before having opportunity to relieve themselves (like a space suit) LOL

I'm not necessarily looking to have a medical discussion of incontinence- just curious when I see commercials for mens/womens disposable briefs- or when I walk down that aisle at Target or CVS and see the packaging that describes them as virtually indistinguishable from normal briefs. How stealthy are they, and how effective were they at leakage control? Do you feel that they live up to the marketing?

T his does not answer your query but may be relevant:
I only occasionally get slight seepage so, although I usually go commando for long journeys where I might have problems I wear a cotton g-string.

And how would a cotton g string help in any shape form or fashion in this instance?

I’ve worn them to bed at various times in my life over the past 35 years due to medical issues. Years ago they were too cumbersome for my slacks so I used feminine pads to catch the leaking. They were thin and could fit in the front on my underwear.

I wore them for a couple of days, after I had my Urolift. I had no control for ath first few days. They were a life saver and were absorbent enough that I didn't leak through. I changed them every time I wet them so I didn't wear them for extended periods of time except the few nights I slept in them.
I would say they are indistinguishable from regular underwear but they are not noticeable unless you look closer than is polite LOL. Your's not going to show a VDL in them for sure.
