I owned up to my mistakes and will not make them again except for under the circumstances in which someone asks for the word to be said in a video.
In the last few months I have been working extremely hard on being transparent with my followers and those who interact with me elsewhere. I will continue to do so by admitting my mistakes and not dismissing them as if they are issues that are far behind them, because I know that they are not; I also know that trying to hide or dismiss allegations that have substance will not end up well, so that is why I will continue to be transparent.
EDIT: this does not mean that I will reveal all of my personal life, it simply means that I will be honest online.
Derek, just do some guy-on-guy action and nobody will remember even if you committed a hate crime.

I am fascinated to read this comment thread, and Derek's answer, from the Swedish horizon, and I must say that it is a very interesting reading. Now, in many respects, United States is a completely different world, special in terms of LGBT issues, compared to Europe. BUT of all Derek is accused of in this thread, I must say that he responds in a good and well-worded way, so he certainly could have a chance in law. There seems to be hope for American youth - after all, even in the view of LGBT issues.

I know that I really shouldn't be the one to tell people what and what not to say, but still, this comment makes it seem like it's all right to continue with homophobia as long as I engage in gay sex. Hes just meticulous with his wording for legal purposes and for his case if anything was to happen in the future. His lawyer is probably helping him. Either way he will age, and be over looked like many other men.

I think the problem is that sometimes we invest too much emotion in these heterosexual muscle men and idealise them only for showing off their muscles and dick.

You should know that there are several private groups on discord servers share your content. You can truly never wipe out piracy of any content in this era. Big networks failed to do it. The only thing thats benefit you is you get tremendous amount of free publicity and now use it for your advantage. Let everyone come to you for your content not to these servers(some of them even are paid)
you might want to think about lowering subscription costs! Run promotional activities and more importantly engage. This is how you will be able to stop people sharing your content.
All this pep and reporting about pages or groups will only be a temp solution and a long process.
